Our condos, apartments, and homes are furnished with all of the comforts of home. You’ll find fully equipped kitchens, comfortable beds with all linens, TVs, free WIFI, and so much more.
Everything is included in our rentals, no hidden fees. Inclusive with WIFI, towels, sheets, etc. There is an extra pet fee for our pet-friendly homes.

Nestled in the heart of the Short North Historical District, we are within walking distance to many of the Columbus’s coveted attractions and theatres and within a few minute walk you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes (ask for our recommendations when you book).
There are small local stores and a main supermarket close by and guests enjoy easy access in and out of the city from all major highways ( I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA bus lines for getting around the city!
How to arrive?
We recommend arriving by car as unfortunately there is no convenient bus ride from the airport. Uber/Lyft are extremely easy and affordable! Once here, we would recommend walking since it’s so close to everyone in the Short North / Convention Center area but you can take a super quick Uber/Lyft for getting around the Columbus area! You are that close to everything!

Pensacola Beach’s mild temperature, sugar-white beaches, and teal blue clear waters draw beach lovers, fishing enthusiasts, scuba divers, history buffs, and environmentalists alike. Fantastic seafood restaurants, like Peg Leg Pete’s and Flounders, local Pensacola Beach live music at Paradise Bar & Grill and Bands on the Beach, Blue Angels Pensacola Beach Show, USS Oriskany Ship, and historic Fort Pickens draw thousands annually to this barrier island.

The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!
At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a refundable security deposit of $200 and our beach property is $300. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved at the time of booking and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
If you need to cancel but wish to still stay with us in the future, we currently are offering a Covid-Change Option that has helped many! If you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions, we will allow you the opportunity to change for a like-date in the future for a change fee. Please note, we can offer the change option only once and further cancellations after the change option are subject to no refunds.
Yes! Several of our homes are dog-friendly. We have a $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
We welcome children at our short term rentals but we unfortunately do not offer special equipment on-site. Our beach condo is well equipped with games and beach toys.
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below:
Early Check-In:
$25 add-on (2:00pm instead)
$50 add-on (1:00pm instead)
Late Check-Out:
$25 add-on (12:00pm instead)
$50 add-on (1:00pm instead)
All our downtown Pensacola homes are 15-20 minutes from Pensacola Beach, depending on traffic. Our Milton homes are closer to 40 minutes while Easy Breezy is within walking distance. Please refer to individual property descriptions to get a better idea of how far you will be staying from Pensacola Beach.
